The item is nice.But the power is off . I returnedIt back and I can easily got my refund..

So many bad points it would take a long time to list them all, but lets start with why you should not buy this.1/ It does not look like the pictures. Something you can see looking good on your desk. it comes with a pointless sticker on the top of it that cannot be peeled off without it ripping and you are left with an ugly eye sore on your desk.2/ Finding a printer that actually works with this item is time consuming and even then moving forward it is constantly dropping the connection to the only one that you find that works.3/ It constantly freezes as the CPU goes 100% full for no reasons at all. I have spent countless hours researching why and nothing I do make any difference.4/ This one is perhaps the most time consuming point about this item. When you shut it down, for no reason at all, it will start back up again. Some times it does not, other times it will just continue to restart. My record with it is seven times.I could go on but I feel this is enough reason to avoid this machine. I worked out it was costing me on average 47 minutes a week just on trying to close it down. In the end I bought a proper desk top pc and have had no issues since.

This is with out a doubt one of my finest purchases to date. Super value for money.I use it for office work and home study. It's fast when starting up and great working with double screens. I really can not fault it for what I use it for.If you are going to buy this mini computer, I would strongly advise investing in a USB fan as the computer does get warm.

Not as mentioned need 5-10 minutes to start up for the first time, it takes 45 minutes to start up and another 3 hours to install all Windows updates, cannot do sleep as computer will no doubt hang up and need cold boot to start the computer again, it is really a nightmare for me that bought this item

It works beautifully. The instructions to be careful wére unnecessary because it booted very quickly and even drove my old printer without a pfaffing

Item was good but before the year was up it crashed and became unrecoverable. The company did agree to refund and I sent them it back (cost £7 in Postage). Since then heard nothing and not a penny returned. Don't buy from them. Disappointed with Amazon for not having a way to follow this up even though I reported it wasn't resolved. £200 out of pocket!¬

When it worked, it was good. But it stayed to have random problems freezing or "blue screening", especially after a change in internet connection. Once that began, it just didn't stop. The computer was unable to boot without freezing, kept going into recovery mode, and couldn't even do a basic recovery without freezing. I assumed I had a bad device and exchanged it for a new (identical) machine and the same thing began happening within a week. Even a factory reset didn't help resolve. Really disappointing issues for an otherwise great machine! Had to return.
