I've been taking this and it do believe I've lost weight. I haven't weighed myself but some of my jeans aren't snug like they use to be. I'm also not or don't feel bloated. Do not take this every day or do not take 2 at once. This stuff will make you go to the bathroom. I took two once and won't do it again. I had the go two are three times that's day.
