Is this sports bra good for running?

No support for running and Im a 34D I use this bra when lifting only no cardio.

What size should i purchase if i’m a 36b? i usually get an m but another 36b buyer said an l was too small in the rib cage. thanks!

I ordered my usual size medium but it was too small. Returned it and have not re-ordered since I’m not sure if a large would fit comfortably.

I am 5'7 about 120 lbs im fit and wear a 32ddd or 34dd what size should i get? the size chart doesn't exsist.

What size did you get, I am same chest size 32DDD/ 34DD. 5'4, 130'lbs, I wear a Small in most tops but a Large in most sports bras.
