The Saffron scent is the best out of the two scents I've bought. This is one of my little luxuries (I know. It's like a mom getting a vacuum for her birthday and being actually excited. Haha!). The scent I usually buy is in the black box. It smells good, but maybe I've been using it so long that the smell isn't as noticeable after a wash. I don't think it was even after my first wash. It may be the addition of the scent boosters. I don't think that's the difference though since I've used the entire set for that, too. Anyway, the French Saffron scent is to die for! It's has fruity undertones without being cheap smelling. It has a complex scent I don't think I've ever smelled before. It is sweet with the tonka bean and fruit profiles, but the French Saffron scent evens it out and makes it more complex. The best part? It stays on the clothes and lasts until it's thrown back in the wash. It also uses natural fibers and less or no chemicals. The box is thick with a metal closure. The entire thing is luxe, and because it's luxe in every conceivable way that I could think of for such a simple, everyday progress, we are not talking value for money. There's really no good reason to spend $25 plus tax on a box of dryer sheets when you can get a box of Downy with more sheets for $6. That's really the point, though. It's a wasteful, luxurious thing that makes your day a little brighter because it smells that good throughout the day. It doesn't rise to the level of the value of an expensive perfume, but it's close! The entire set is $99. That's a lot for someone who does laundry every day because of a husband who wears a work uniform and performs a relatively dirty job when outside of the office, and an 11 year old boy who's all boy. I mitigate the risk by only using it on a load of clothes that's mostly or all mine (because I'm the only one who cares) or our bedding. I keep some Tide and Downy around for the rest. Also, unlike other name brand dryer sheets, this brand can be used two or three times and still be effective with the enduring scent. I've never had that experience with any name brand at any store, and those are the best you can get! I recommend if you're looking for something luxe that you don't need. You'll love it!

If you haven’t tried line of laundry detergent, you NEED to. French Saffron is my absolute favorite scent. It’s a bit pricey, but definitely worth every penny! They have the laundry pods, fabric sheets, scent beads, de-wrinkle spray, (which I use for air freshener, carpet spray & even on my bed when I change the sheets), candles and more! They describe each scent, so you get a good idea of what each scent smells like. You can even get a sampler set to try all of their scents. You cans get a bundle, or buy the product individually. For sure would recommend!!

The scent lasts a bit. Functionally it works well. It helps with the static and softens the laundry. The scent is not at all over powering but it has a fairly nice level of scent. The downside is it is pretty expensive for a laundry product. The brand has interesting scents but I guess if like me you sometimes wanna sleep in an almost perfume style scent then yea Id recommend. I dont use it for everything all the time but mainly for my sheets and towels. I have not used it up yet,

Ok, ok, ok…… So, I read all the feedback before purchasing not just one fragrance but 2! Yep, you read that right. I thought…. Well, it can’t be that bad let’s just try a couple! 🙄 So first of all let me just say that patchouli fragrance is my ultimate favorite laundry scent but THIS IS NOT EVEN CLOSE to patchouli. This smells great but it’s NOT AT ALL patchouli in fact I can’t believe they can even get away with passing it off as patchouli. This scent smells like a dark and handsome man. And my laundry smelled delicious while my clothes were washing but that’s about it. After they were removed from the dryer they had a clean smell to them but it was barely there. The regular patchouli that I use smells like patchouli for months. The packaging for these products is nice but do yourself a favor and don’t be drawn in by this BS. Take it from me and the others on here that this is really a waste of money. I was sold hook, line and sinker EVEN AFTER I had read all the bad comments. I still did it but it’s only money right? I will continue to use it or I’ll give it away. My regular patchouli has been out of stock and that’s really the only reason why I bought in to this BS. I’m giving it 1 star for the classy packaging. If I was a male I suppose I could give it more stars but these scents are very masculine for women and children. And before I go…. Let me just say that you truly need to re-visit your “Patchouli” scent because people it’s not even remotely close. Best of luck!

I cannot NOT write a review for this in the hopes that it can help someone else who’s looking for that amazing patchouli scent. My normal patchouli detergent is out of stock for a while, so I have been looking everywhere to try to find a suitable replacement. I ordered this after reading positive reviews, and was shocked at how incorrect those reviews were. I desperately wanted to love this. It’s GORGEOUS! The packaging is absolutely fabulous and reusable for crafty people. Sadly. Though, before we even opened the box, we could smell the dryer sheets. And that would’ve been fine if they actually smelled like patchouli, but as someone who’s faithfully used patchouli for years and years, I can tell you this is definitely not that. In fact, the smell was so awful that we actually threw out the dryer sheets because they gave me an instant headache when I opened the box… (kicking myself for not returning them, but I had to get that scent out of my house so my head would stop hurting.) That being said, the packaging was top notch and actually really beautiful. If I could have tolerated the smell, I would have been more than happy to add this to my normal household purchases, but the smell was horrible and nothing like what we hoped it would be- that goes for the entire laundry sauce patchouli scent. Glad I didn’t use the fabric softener, so I can at least return that. As for the detergent and dryer sheets, save your money. Definitely not something I would ever be able to (or want to) order again. Gave it two stars instead of one because of the gorgeous packaging, but it’s honestly somewhat like a beautiful person who has an ugly heart- a total waste. Save your $.
