Great kit!
Awesome set! If it wasn't missing the logo on the studs you'd never know it wasn't L EG O. The minifigs are a 7/10.

I would buy again. Great value, awesome design, and fun build.
Pros-Great price. Similar sized lego sets would cost about 70% more.-Lots of cool details-Fun build-All prints look pretty good. No stickers.-2 minifigs included with excellent prints.-Pieces fit tight and snug-The top rotor blades fold in and make it easy to display this on a narrow shelf.Neutral-Instructions are more challenging than modern Lego instructions. However, I think they were clear and most builders, including 10+ should be fine. Some kids might need a little help in 1-2 spots.Cons-The back half of the tail is really only connected by 2 studs. This is no problem for display. For play, you must hold it at the front half of the tail (just past the engines). However, kids might pick it up by the middle or back half of the tail and snap the tail off during play. It's easy to fix and learn but I still think they should have thought of a way to reinforce the tail connection. I'm guessing they prioritized look over sturdy design at this one spot.-It looks like a greyish blue/green in the photos. It still has a greyish blue hue but I think it's a little more grey than it appears in the photo. A minor disappointment but I don't know if others will mind that much.

Great attack heli
All the parts where there, only thing I found this kit lacking was the ability to hold pieces together, more specifically half the tail of the helicopter. Easy to build, looks amazing.

Great AH-1Z Helicopter Build!
Upon opening the plain orange box, I discovered that there are three (3) sets of numbered bags. I love numbered bags!! And an instruction booklet that is printed in color and is very clear and concise. I received this helicopter and was intending to give this to my 6yo son as a gift. Unfortunately, he discovered it before it was built. So, we started with bag set 1 and he just went from page to page. Most of the pieces he could not fully push together because the brick grip (holding force of the bricks) was at least a 9/10.There are a couple of places that need some slight improvement. Like at step29 when adding the tail section to the main body. The tail section wants to constantly slide back out - away from the main body. Another step that could you some help is 27. This is the step that adds the tail fins on the tail section. This step could use some additional support to keep all the pieces from falling every time it is bumped. There are two mini figs that come with this build, and we wanted to want to place them in the cockpit. It was tight, but we were able to get them in.Overall, this was a great build for my son and I.

Very nice - ONCE IT'S COMPLETED
This kit is fragile as you build it. Because of this, it was incredibly frustrating, as it would repeatedly break apart during the build. I eventually resorted to Crazy Glue to keep it together, but really would have preferred not to glue it. It became even more difficult to build after I glued three of my fingers together.

Surprisingly detailed.
Packaging : The set arrives in a nondescript orange box. Inside the box you will find numbered bags (1/2 and 3) and an instruction booklet.Instructions : The instructions are very clearly printed and easy to follow.Stickers : Everything here is printed parts. The quality of the prints is decent, although there's some slight alignment issues.Parts quality : The 2 minifigs are of a decent quality. The parts are all of a pretty good quality in terms of fit and finish.Set design : The set is surprisingly well detailed, with a moving gun turret, folding rotor blades (which makes sense for a Marines helicopter), and other little detail. It is also decently robust, although there are some elements that are far more fragile than others.Overall thoughts : So, I've gotten used to Jie-Star (the company that actually makes the set) having some ... interesting quality control issues in some lines of sets they've done. This is my first time dealing with them making a military vehicle, and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. I have no problems recommending it unless you are looking for absolute perfection.
