I have fine thin hair. Color tone is blonde with natural gray highlights. With a bit of wave/curl at the bottom. I do not have dry or damaged hair to begin with. I always was looking for a product that gave me shine and sheen, this really didn't deliver as I expected. I did 1/2 of my head - divided my hair and pulled one side (not being done) in a side ponytail. Did 3 pumps of serum and proportioned it out at the top, middle, and tips of hair. Hair is just past shoulder length. Someone said you can apply to wet or dry hair - I let my hair "air dry" every day. So I applied when almost dry. I even fluffed and spread it out. Let it dry - sat across from hubby at lunch and asked "what do you notice between one side and the other", he said that the side I had done was "greasy". He had no prior knowledge that I was doing anything to my hair, nor which side. When it dried, it did darken my blonde hair color. I then went and brushed it out - and the one side had a slightly darker color. The side done DID feel silkier. Next time I will focus more on the lower part of my hair, and leave alone at the top of my head. I will also experiment with putting it on completely dry hair.

I live on the gulf coast with 100% humidity and high heat. I have extremely long white hair. Keeping it from frizzing usually means washing and conditioning daily and a multitude of hair tools daily. This serum has extended my washes and is keeping my hair gorgeously smooth and shiny and frizz free. It’s fantastic. I love it so much I want to try the rest of the line. After washing my hair while it’s very damp I apply a little in my hands and rub them together to distribute it evenly. I turn my head upside down and run my fingers through my hair from roots to tips. I flip my head back upright and use what’s left on the top and crown. I then brush through my hair distributing the serum throughout. I dry and style my hair and voila. A little goes a long way even on extremely long and thick hair. If I get any flyaways I put a tiny amount in my hand and I have a dedicated soft toothbrush for applying it to flyways. Perfection. Highly recommend.

Although this smelled really nice and did a decent job on creating a more hydrated look to my hair, likely due to the collagen, caviar, and vitamin E. I had a little itching after using this product. But I may be more sensitive than others, and I'm not sure if there's one particular ingredient that bothered me, but when I looked at the list on the bottle, it does have a few chemical ingredients, although not super harsh ones. The first ingredient is cyclopentasiloxane which is a silicone, which I would think would cause shininess and bounce in hair because silicone is like plastic and rubber. The chemicals cyclomethicone (D4) (which it also contains) and cyclopentasiloxane (D5) actually were banned recently in 2020 in the UK from use in cosmetics due to being harmful to aquatic life and the environment. But technically they are generally not considered very unsafe for human use. There is also "fragrance" listed, which usually means artificial. So, I probably won't use it again simply because something irritates me personally, but many other people could get the results they want without a problem if they are not as sensitive as I am to chemicals.

This serum is something else! I keep forgetting that a little goes a long way. I have thick, long hair that goes to the middle of my back and while straight, it will blow up in a summer, humid environment. I remembered I had ordered this awhile ago and took a full pump of this serum (really more like the thickness of an ointment) to my freshly washed hair, avoiding my roots. In a novice move, I really amped up my protection from the elements, but I also cut a day off from my next shampoo. While this isn't greasy, my hair likes to interpret hair products as hostile and will get oil up accordingly. Although my hair didn't become an oil slick, I will take note to use sparingly next time. As it has been super humid by me the last few days, I will say it was very noticeable that my hair wasn't frizzy and poofy the nexst day. In fact, I was reviewing my security cam footage and I saw how healthy and bouncy my hair looked in all of the footage with day 1 hair. I watched a few vidoes just to see how great my hair looked! Very pleased.

The serum is working great on my hair that has been crying out for some TLC. I have long, thick curly hair that tends to frizz with the first combing once it's dry. A little bit of this goes a long way when I smooth it over and through the ends of my hair. There is generally still some product residue on my hands, so I use that to smooth down the backs and sides. It makes a noticeable difference and I appreciate how much it helps when I don't have time to wash and let my hair air dry. It has a nice scent that smells fresh, clean and fairly normal of hair care products. I received my bottle in April 2024, and I think the expiration date is February 2026. Unfortunately, I've got enough of the product on the bottle that part of the date and coding is hard to read. Made in Mexico.
