I bought this mini PC to replace another and I was supper happy with the results. this Mini PC is a remarkable little device that proves bigger isn’t always better. It’s perfect for anyone who wants a small, powerful, and quiet PC that can handle all their daily tasks without taking up too much space. I put it through gaming, normal task and some preformance intensive task and this machine was fast.My kids were playing for hours and the computer stays quite. heat management is very good.I highly recomend this machine! punch of power for budget price.

I was skeptical to say the least when I first saw this product but decided to take a chance on it to use for CAD (Solidworks) at home. The best review I can give is that after using it for one day I ordered another one which is now being heavily used as a gaming unit by a 14 year old. It's the real deal at a deep discount, buy it.

After a few weeks, this tiny PC started malfunctioning with a blue screen and other funny behaviors.I contacted the support service, and after being instructed where to ship it, I packed it with its original box and sent it to the support center.Then, the nightmare began.After a few weeks, I started asking about the status of the repair and was instructed to be patient.Then again, after a month, 2 months, 3 months...Then, after more apologetics emails informing me about holidays, personal problems, sick leave, time off, etc., of the various people that were supposed to take care of the problem, now after 5 months, I have been informed the technician that was in charge to repair the unit has quit the company...and of course, ai may understand why...I am writing this review to benefit all prospective customers willing to try this product. While I am still waiting for mine to be returned, hopefully, it will be fixed.

so far so good. this product is well made and fast. i would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a computer for business.

Vendor does not have up to date drivers or BIOS updates.

We bought this for my daughter for gaming. So far it has exceeded our expectations as a very powerful, very compact machine.
