Drinks with friends
Tonight I am surrounded by great friends and the highlight of the evening so far is undoubtedly the unique ube-flavored martinis that added a delightful twist to our cocktail repertoire. The vibrant purple hue and exotic flavor of the ube infused a sense of novelty and adventure with each sip being a delightful symphony of flavors that reminded me of white chocolate. Additionally, the bottle came in an adorable little box that appealed to my minimalistic nature and the bottle had a professional label that was clear and concise.One of my friends brought the strawberry flavor from this same company…. The martini made with strawberry was delightful! What a fun night!

Lack of Ube flavor
This extract did not taste like Ube and was on the pricy side. Plus I cannot return. I would not recommend this extract.

Ube extract
This product was fantastic. Smells awesom It was better than expected. I used it for ube (purple yam) brownies and it tasted fabulous. Baked perfect.It was gone before I could take a picture. Next I plan to make the krinkle cookies. Prefer this brand over the other few options available. Definitely need to order more Harvest Moon. Very pleased and looking forward to future recipes!

Tastes Sweet, but Mild
I feel like this extract isn't as strong as most, you have to use a little bit more to get the flavor to come through. It has a nice sweet flavor. I'm actually not familiar with ube so I can't say whether this is an accurate flavor profile but I do like it! Just feel like I will have to use a lot to get the flavor to come through in my baking, and run through this bottle fairly quickly.

Other than Ube
I was really happy to find a dye free ube flavoring, but coming from an area where ube yams are grown and sold, it doesn’t have an ube flavor. It reminds me more of butterscotch or maybe Bailey’s Irish Creme. I am bummed since this is pricey and will need to continue searching for something else.

Amazing, unique flavor!
I tried this product for use with Ube-flavored desserts like Ube crinkle cookies, and it did not disappoint! I served the cookies at a large family gathering and got multiple compliments on the unique and delicious flavor. I'll definitely be coming back for more! Oh, and the shipping and packaging was super solid too - I highly recommend Harvest Moon Delights.

Great extract!
This ube extract has a great taste! Made my ube bread delicious, and there is no artificial colors or flavors! Little on the pricy side, but well worth it, for not being chemically.

I WON’T buy again
No where on this product does it state that there is actually Ube in its ingredients. I was looking for a natural way to enhance my dumplings but “Natural Flavors” could mean anything.
