Got it together!!
First of all, packaging was pretty beat up upon arrival. There are no instructions for assembly so I had to go back to the Amazon post and study that picture. Assembly is fairly easy. There were holes that didn't match up perfectly so bolts had issues going through. Wrenches provided are useless being, plus there are two sized bolts and only one size wrench. All in all it took me an hour to assemble and it is a very sturdy ladder.

Don’t buy!
What a piece of junk. One of the casters was bent 20 degrees right out of the box, and the whole unit looked incredibly flimsy - although I only got 2 steps on before I realized one of the casters was bent. Stay away from this product.

Zero instructions
No instructions inside. Holes for bolts weren’t finished being punctured out. Had to get hammer and hold punch for finish holes.

Does the job
This isn't a bad cheap inventory ladder.

Safe, sturdy, and slim ladder that reaches new heights!
The media could not be loaded. I’m 5’4” and my old two-step ladder just wasn’t cutting it—I could never reach the top of my cabinets, paint near the ceiling, or set up my new baby camera. This 4-step ladder is exactly what I needed! It came fully assembled right out of the box, and the wide non-slip feet make me feel safe using it on both marble and hardwood floors.I’ve already used it 5 times this week alone, and it stores away so slim that it fits perfectly in my hall closet. My boys (3.5 and 5) love climbing on “mom’s ladder,” and my 5-year-old can actually touch the ceiling safely now. Even my 6’3” husband gave it two thumbs up and already used it to paint a ceiling. Great ladder—highly recommend!

No utility tray, but feels secure enough.
I am reviewing: 4 Step Ladder with Handrail, Foldable Step Ladder Stool with Wide Pedals & Non-Slip Rubber Feet, Solid Kitchen/Closet Step Ladder for Adults(16.7" W x 39.4" H, 450LBs Loading)I used this today for the first time. It isn't too heavy for me to move around. It folds more flat than my previous step ladder, but it is a bit wider and taller. It folds out easily, but it takes an extra effort to get the final lock to snap into place. Folding it after use is not difficult. The non-slip feet feel very secure and the frame, while it looks very thin and spindly, feels surprisingly secure as well.I weight 160lbs and I went up and down the steps multiple times this afternoon. The top step is wide enough to sit on if needed. There is a soft foam wrap around the top bar that provides a secure hand hold, but there is no utility tray to hold your stuff. The nubbies on the steps don't feel great on bare feet after standing on the steps for some time, but I'm sure they give a more secure footing. The steps are not quite deep enough for me. When I'm climbing up, they're fine, but if I need to take a step back down, or keep my feet on two different steps to be at the proper height, I can't turn my lower foot around the opposite direction because it hits my leg. Not a deal breaker, but deeper steps would help. Finally, back to the weight claim. 450 lbs isn't going to happen. I can already feel a slight amount of give when stepping, and a person of 450 lbs will not feel secure on this step ladder.
