Talens Art Creation Sketchbook - 13x21cm, 140g, 80 Sheets, Acid-Free Drawing Paper, Ideal for Pencil & Gouache

Love these sketchbooks! So underrated, seems it is gaining traction with artists tho lately. Paper color is great a bit yellow but not as much as the Moleskine ones. As for bleed resistance it's pretty good for pencils, pens, inks acrylic markers but alcohol markers it bleeds thru so be mindful of that. All sizes are awesome depends on how you use your sketchbook. It's quite sturdy and if it's in a smaller size it's easy to carry around and sketch outside.

I love using this sketchbook with a variety of mixed media. The off-white paper is lovely to work on and it's really smooth with no texture, so blending paint and pencils etc is a dream. The hardback cover is great for sketching outside and on the go as it gives you a strong support. There's also an elastic band to hold all the pages together as my sketchbooks can get really chunky after a while. The paper withstands a lot of wet media and I think it's excellent value for a good quality sketchbook that lasts.

This is a great little book for sketching. Handy to carry around.

Lovely little sketch book. I’m practicing some mindfulness doodling with it pigment liners and there’s no bleeding or bleed through. Good, thick paper in a lovely smooth ivory colour finish. I love the red cover too. Really impressed.

Great little pocket sketch book. I will be reordering

*like the small compact size *quality of paper is good *used with light watercolour washes as well as ink *dip pen ink sketching was great and pen was not catching any paper fibres like it would with cheap paper *depending on medium used, it may show some ghosting on the other side of page but have not had issue with actual bleeding through *have not use it with alcohol markers but they will probably bleed through *erasing pencil markers does not damage the paper surface *coloured pencils worked good as well even though paper is more on smooth side in regards of the texture *like it and would buy again

Very good quality and cream paper. Ribbon and elastic only Issue is it’s not a5 and the 80gsm is a bit thin for heavier materials like paint or alcohol markers

J’adore ce carnet où je peux dessiner et peindre le papier est suffisamment épais pour cela. Je suis ravie de mon achat et je le recommande. En plus le carnet est conforme à la photo et la description et le papier de qualité pour moi c’est parfait. Il est suffisamment petit pour tenir dans mon sac à main pour que je l’ai toujours avec moi et la taille est même un peu plus grande que les carrés de zentangle que j’utilise donc vraiment c’est tout à fait ce que je recherchais.

Parfait ! Il est arrivé dans les temps et en bon état.

イラストのアイデアを練る為の落書き帳として購入しました。 紙自体は黄味を帯びた色合いで少しざらつく手触りです。 消しゴムの摩擦にも強く毛羽立ちもあまりないようで、何度か描き直しができるので重宝してます。 表紙が厚くベルト用のゴムバンドも付いているので、持ち歩いても曲がる心配がありません。 リボン栞がついてるのも良いです。 存在感のあるスケッチブックなので見本画像の様に私もステッカーなんかを貼ってデコってみたくなりました。 気になる点があるとすれば、ページが中央へいけばいくほど、開きにくくなっていくところです。 厚さのある紙なのと中綴じした紙束を背中でまとめているタイプの品なので、これは仕方ない事なのですが、縦型リングタイプも出たらいいなと思ってしまいます。 それ以外は特に気になる点がないのと表紙の色が本当に良いので、今購入したお品を描ききったら、色違いをリピ買いしようと思います。

Quite good quality sketchbook. Holds a lot of different media and i love how nice and smooth the paper is unlikewise those cheap sketchbooks that just create smudge. I've worked in this sketchbook with alcohol markers(need those plastic bleedproof thing however), with gouache if you don't put too much water, oil pastels, colored pencils (omg so smoooooth) and pencils. I definitively recommend 10/10!! Super price and quite some pages in one sketchbook.
