I love this little gadget. I use this to do exercises and yoga for my sciatic nerve issue and to release trauma yoga and this pops my back and ways unmentionable and when I tell you if you know what you're doing this is a beautiful situation. Ease of use pain relief, adjustable, stretch, value for your money, durable. It is built for a plus size woman because I am a plus size woman and to give you an idea I do wear a 3X in clothing. It holds up to 330 lb.

This is the best to use at the end of a busy week, aka any week, for me. I’m pretty active at work and to say I look forward to this at the end of day is an understatement! It helps relieve any annoying little pains that linger and is easy to use. Adjustable and comfortable, I love laying on this thing. So easy to use and fit to your desired setting. I’m not sure about the magnets but otherwise, this saves my neck & back week after week!

Feels great after a long day

The backboard itself is a fine quality, and sturdy. There’s no doubt about that…Don’t do what I did, don’t throw your back out on this thing. I have used all manner of implements on my back (think chirp wheels, foam rollers, etc.) and I never had any issue. I’m a 27yo woman, I stretch regularly, I see a Chiropractor, and I have good RoM. I had this on a rather low height but I must have somehow made an error in usage and… I ended up having to go to urgent care and get muscle relaxers. In that same visit I managed to rip my pants. Just a great time all around.I don’t know if the angle of curvature of this is just very unnatural or what but I could not have anticipated what happened after just one use.Proceed with caution, please.
