Very happy with this pan so far. The nonstick surface works really well — food doesn’t stick, and cleaning is quick and easy. It’s also lighter than I expected for a pan this size, which makes it comfortable to handle during cooking. The build quality feels solid, especially considering the price. It heats evenly and has been great for everyday use. Overall, it feels like good value for the money. My only hope is that it holds up well over time, but based on my experience so far, I’m very satisfied with this purchase.

Can cook anything in it. Works wonderfully. Very easy to clean. Nothing sticks to it. Love the lid's handle. Allows for resting a spatula on top. The lid's handle and the large handle for the pan itself don't heat up. Do keep in mind though, the small one opposite the large handle is metal, and does get hot. Perfect size in diameter and in depth! Have used it for just under a year.

Love this pan, was initially surprised by how large it actually is but it has actually worked out real well for me. I can fry up a big mess of potatoes and still have room to fry a couple of eggs. Cleanup is really easy as just wipes clean unless you have made a sauce or something. Non stick surface works great as long as you keep it seasoned similar to cast iron

Edit: The customer service is amazing! They sent me a replacementand and let me keep the damaged one. That's why I upped the rating from 3 to 5 stars Initial post: Even though the packaging was excellent and there were no visible damage to the boxes, the lid had 2 dents in the metal edging. I managed to fix it with some effort, but its still not perfect. Other than that, I really like this pan. Seems to heat very evenly, looks great, and its very non-stick.

It is as good as I expected So far Dr oing a good job

I bought the 11-inch version of this AWESOME pan. I've used it at least twice since I got it a week ago. I made candied walnuts in it and had room to spare. I also made 8 scrambled eggs and NOTHING stuck. I do use a little butter for the scrambled eggs but what good are they, really, without butter? LOL. I'm looking forward to using it for many other things. I call it my "tweener"...between 10-inch and 12-inch. It is surprisingly lightweight although it looks very heavy. Well-made and deeper than I expected but I'm not mad about that! I consider it money well-spent for a pan that can be used for nearly anything.

Very easy to use and clean. Truly is non-stick. Cooks evenly. It not only looks great, it feels great in your hand with the smoothness of the handles and the weight of the product. This brand is worth the money to buy. It even includes a nice screw driver for the easy assembly.

Ich bin restlos begeistert von dieser Schmorpfanne (Foto). Schon beim ersten Einsatz merkt man, dass es sich hier um ein hochwertiges Küchenprodukt handelt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die großzügige Größe: Mit 30 cm Durchmesser, 8 cm Höhe und satten 4,7 Litern Volumen bietet sie ein fulminantes Platzangebot. Gerade bei chinesischen Gerichten mit vielen Zutaten, bei denen viel Gemüse, Fleisch und Sauce gleichzeitig in der Pfanne landen, ist das ein absoluter Traum. Endlich nichts mehr, was überquillt oder umgefüllt werden muss – alles hat Platz und lässt sich perfekt wenden. Die Antihaftbeschichtung ist ein Highlight. Laut Hersteller ist sie SGS-geprüft, frei von PFOA und ermöglicht tatsächlich das Kochen mit minimalem Öl. Nichts brennt an, nichts klebt fest – selbst empfindliche Zutaten gleiten förmlich über die Oberfläche. Dazu kommt, dass die Antihaftbeschichtung ein angenehm rauchfreies und sicheres Kocherlebnis bietet. Auch die Reinigung ist extrem unkompliziert: Einmal kurz mit einem Schwamm und warmem Seifenwasser auswischen, fertig. Wer es noch bequemer mag, kann die Pfanne sogar in die Spülmaschine geben – ein echter Pluspunkt im Alltag. Der Griff in Holzoptik (Foto) liegt angenehm in der Hand, bleibt beim Kochen kühl und vermittelt einen sehr wertigen Eindruck. Der Glasdeckel aus gehärtetem Glas (Foto) rundet das Gesamtpaket perfekt ab: Man behält das Gericht stets im Blick, ohne ständig den Deckel anheben zu müssen, und die Aromen bleiben da, wo sie hingehören. Fazit: Diese Pfanne ist ein echtes Multitalent – ob Braten, Schmoren, Frittieren oder asiatische Pfannengerichte mit vielen Zutaten. Für mich eine klare Kaufempfehlung und aus meiner Küche nicht mehr wegzudenken. 5 Sterne

Perfect pan for any kind of frying, no food will stick to it after usage you can just wipe it off which then makes it so easy to wash.

Non stick and easy to clean, fantastic frying pan.

Have only used the pan a couple of times, but so far so good. The non-stick coating ensures the food cooks well, whilst using less oil, but it also makes it very easy to clean. The pan is a good weight and the handle is comfy to hold. Also for a pan this size, having the extra bit on the rim [opposite the handle], makes carrying the pan a lot easier.
