This works for your standard size olympic barbells and should therefore work for most smith machines or curl bars as well.Easy to bring to the public gym as they stand out as yours and I personally like the color as it is fairly bright. Very happy with the purchase and would order again.

The SPART Weight Plates are a nice addition to my home gym. They are fairly priced and offer good value for the quality. The color coding makes it easy to quickly identify the weight, which is convenient during workouts. The tri-grip design is practical, allowing for easy handling and loading.

I am very new to exercising and fitness so when I saw these small weights, I grabbed them! I figured it would be a great way to get me feeling comfortable and confident with different exercises while only using a small amount of weight/resistance and I can upgrade to the next level when I need to.Between myself and my almost teenage son, we both have a desire to become more fit and work out but gym memberships would take me broke! I’m slowly working on building a little home gym for us where we can go to work out in the comfort of home. While these weights are definitely too small for him, I do love the color and that they’re “mine”!

You get what you pay for. Paint wears off quick. No inner ring, which means that the paint will get on your barbell sleeve. Otherwise, decent fit and weighs about as advertised.
