The instructions for taking this are initially 4 scoops throughout the day for 3 days, to kick start the effectiveness- thereafter 1 to 2 scoops each day - this will provide, at suggested max dosage 6 weeks of daily creatine - you should also take it on your rest days to ensure you are ready for your next workout. The product is tasteless, normally added to my smoothy, dissolves well and after a few weeks use I can recommend as it does help with strength and stamina, and I need as much of this as I can get! The manufacturer is Ambrosial, which I have used in the past, so I feel the product is safe and not from an unknown supplier.

I've been taking this Ambrosial Creatine Monohydrate supplement for the last couple weeks & have so far been quite happy with the results. I thought it mixed up really well into water & thanks to it being an unflavoured powder i was able to mix it in with my pre-workout or protein shakes without it altering the flavour or texture of my drinks. I've just been taking the standard 5g a day as i don't ever stop my creatine cycle so i didn't need to do a loading phase. During the last 2weeks of use i haven't noticed any dips to my usual energy levels, both while i've been working out or in my day to day routine with work ect so i would say it is at least on par with the majority of other creatine's i've used over the years. Plus i never noticed any side effects or had any issues while taking it. You get 90 servings in the tub so it should last a good 2.5-3 months depending if you do a loading phase or not & it has a really long shelf life of 2years, my tub is marked Feb 2026. It was also quite competitively priced at just 4p more per 100g over the usual brand of creatine i buy. Overall i was quite happy with this Ambrosial creatine powder. It worked well, mixed effortlessly into my drinks & offers pretty good value for money.

I will split this review in two. Firstly giving it 3 stars whilst assuming it has the benefits it claims. It has a safety seal and a good BBF date, also the value seems OK. Easy to take with no real taste or effects to make it difficult to consume. Secondly looking at it and the labelling I am not sure that I want to put it in my body. It is not verified/assessed by any trusted body. It has a GMP certified mark, I searched for that but could not confidently tie it to any trusted body, the label is poorly applied and has a basic ingredient list. It does not fill me with confidence so I will not be taking it. You may feel differently if so 3 stars to you.

While I had reservations similar to another reviewer due to the packaging and statements made on it, this does seem to be ok so far. I also cannot medically recommend! I believe that generally supplements are not tested in the same way as medicines are, so their claims are usually, helps with, or can aid with etc. The brand could help by tidying up the overall appearance of the packaging though, perception is a large part of the trust we place in any supplement. As far as a mostly tasteless creatine powder goes this seems fine, especially if you want to mix with a flavoured protein, as it will not clash.
