After a fracture in my hand, this has been an excellent product for helping me ease back in to load bearing/pressing movements for my palm.

I have only known about therapeutic putty for a short time and wish I had known sooner. A physical therapist recommended it to see if it would help with hand neuropathy due to age and previous keyboard injuries. Having a variety of putty stiffnesses was great to determine which stiffness I needed. The putty's stiffness is affected by temperature so it is great to be able to switch to a higher stiffness on warmer days. I think the amount of putty to perform gross grips is lacking, but there is adequate product supply for other exercises. The putty does not stick to my hands and is odorless. I think rubber bands work better for many of the extension exercises but this putty excels with grip and pinching exercises. I had to consult the internet for exercise applications. I have not compared this product to other therapeutic putties, but am extremely pleased with this purchase.

Perfect for taking out stress and exercises for your hands. It's great to have options for different strengths. Definitely not sticky. And the price was good.

Took these to every session, my kids 8 - 13 LOVED it. So easy to carry around in my backpack, love the little containers. It does not stick to the hands or leave any residue which Manipulating it while talking and also trying different difficulties. They get to choose which toughness they want or need. Because all of them use it, I do have kiddos sanitize before and after. To somewhat keep it clean I also tried to have them keep it on a table to avoid getting too much debris or dust (aka floor). I have had it for a whole year, 10 kids using it weekly. Still in great condition.
