The item is good quality and works well. Easy to use and the noise is good

The power for the chime comes from the mains so no batteries required. The (watch type) battery in the sensor should last a year so no real inconvenience to change it. Good product, I would recommend it........... I live in a first floor flat and use it as a warning should the entrance door be opened if I forget to lock it. The radio signal is good, my chime unit is a good 10m away from the front door where the sensors are fitted.

Have only had product since 1st April but does not work all the time. It is intermittent and cannot be relied on! On product details it states 90 days to return/replace but Amazon only have 30 day policy. No way of contacting seller either! Edit….. managed to contact seller and they replaced item even though Amazon only gives 30 day replacement seller was good to their word. Product replaced, working well. Lots of follow up and support from seller. Would definitely recommend as after care is amazing. Thank you ☺️

Looks nice enough, easy to set up. It’s got loads of different chimes, almost all of which are simply awful. Choosing your chime is a painful process! Worked well for a while but now, less than five months later, it’s simply stopped. Light still flashes, makes no noise. My sister has one too. That’s still working. It occasionally bing bongs for no apparent reason, which is disconcerting.

This door bell is amazing. We use it so I can hear my 5 year old son get up in the night before he ends up at the end box my bed 😆. It works really well

Really easy to install quite loud we used it stop Alzheimer’s sufferer wandering out of the front door in noticed. It works
