If your looking to have something that absolutely moves and fun to ride this is a game changer, I am a travel nurse and travel with a Labrador that is full of energy, that loves to run. Most places I go are remote to a degree and I take him out exploring and exercising and i got the one with the off road tires and I absolutely love this thing , the charge is an easy overnight top off, the accessory market is unlimited The customer service is awesome, I would totally recommend this product!

This scooter is no jokes! Very fast and very comfortable to ride. I have complete confidence when zipping around at top speed. This thing is capable of 58 mph. However, I have no issue with turning the speed all the way down and letting someone with no scooter skills try it out. The brakes are very powerful and easy to modulate. The suspension is plush and provides for a smooth ride. I would suggest firming them up a bit from stock. The lights are very bright and I love the one button control for them. Being seen at night or in the early morning hours is not an issue at all. I would highly recommend this scooter to anyone… from seasoned riders to the very basic among us.

Very good scooter very easy to ride. Bad thing is rear tail lights are made out of rubber with a bolt that holds them onto the fender that has broke off less than a year.. still waiting on rear blinkers spoke with manufacturer 2 1/2 weeks ago and still have not received them. Have emailed them and still no response.still waiting on replacement blinker light I’ve got no response from them. Very poor customer service. did receive parts and scooter is working good. charge has quit working now. 10/5/25 trying to get ahold of company for replacement. Will update.

This is my first e-scooter, and I have to say I’m amazed by it. It’s smooth, fast, stable and it looks great! Just be careful when you have it on turbo and dual, because the power and acceleration is incredible - you quickly get used to it, though. I found it easy to set up right out of the box, which is another plus. I recently thought I was having a problem with the breaks because I kept getting a red exclamation point sign on the display when I squeezed the left break. I emailed tech support and they got back to me the same day. Turns out that’s normal. I wasn’t getting the sign when I squeezed the right break, however..but they told me what to do and sent me a video to explain. All it took was a simple adjustment. Ergo, I consider the customer service top notch as well! All in all, you can’t go wrong with this purchase.

Just got the scooter yesterday and I'll say that this scooter is super fun don't get me wrong. It's way faster than I expected. This def would be a 4-5 star review if I was able to contact the seller and get replacement parts for the parts that were damaged by poor packaging / bad parts in general / poor assembly. To start with, almost every allen key head on the scooter is rounded off like they used a power tool to fasten them. Makes it almost impossible to tighten loose bolts or even remove them. The key ignition seems very cheaply made and arrived broken fresh out the box. But the key still works, it's just lose on the handle bars and looks like it had been hit on something and is missing the piece that broke off of it. I did find the exact replacements for the keyed ignition but it only confirms it was cheap considering its like $10. The turn signal wires were very crimped from packaging and left some rough abrasions on the wire that will likely cause a short in the future but currently they work. These can also be found for $8 The headlights look nice but came with a crack in the lense. Few other scuff marks randomly around the scooter. The scuff marks I can look over but I feel I should be reimbursed for broken parts & stripped screw or given replacements at least. I shouldn't be stuck trying to contact Amazon support when all they want me to do is return the item. I also shouldn't be stuck feeling like I just have to deal with broken parts and stripped screws on something brand new and is practically $1500...

2 weeks in, so are so good. Only con is the handlebar its self arriving with a deep gouge on the left side, other than that I like the scooter so far. Also its very fast but the higher the gear the faster your battery with drain.

Excellent scooter. Very robust. I'd buy another for my girlfriend. Customer service is top notch too they message you back the same day you contact them. For anyone saying don't buy a e scooter off Amazon, don't listen. I've had this scooter since November and I have 0 complaints. I love it. It's going to a festival with me next month. Highly recommend.
