This Wheel is a Must Have for Anyone Any Age--Its Made Well and Comes with Instructions for Maximum Usage.
Even though this was smaller than i expected (not sure how big i honestly expected), it is sturdy, made well and very handy for stretching, and practicing yoga poses. It comes with a very detailed instruction booklet and gives you plenty of moves and things to do with the wheel. You feel good after working on it. I use it for myself (43 yrs old) and my daughter (9 yrs old). We both love it.
