Outstanding quality, razor sharp
Wow, wasn’t sure about the quality when I ordered it. Price seemed too good to be true. It arrived like 20 minutes ago and all I can say is wow. Beautiful knife, excellent quality, and razor sharp. It cut through raw pork chops with just the weight of the blade alone. I didn’t have a tomato to test it on, but I was able to easily slice carrots so thin you could see through them. I would absolutely buy this again even if they tripled the price! Just take my word for it and try it

very nice knive
I have been chefing for 45 years, this knive is a great value for what you pay and how well it is made. No it not a 150 dalstorng or shun or ? its is for the money very good. it could stand up in a comercial kitchen if not abused, I have had it for over 6 weeks and used it every day at home and it has been great. held its edge well and sharpened back very nice/ good job guys, i would recomend to anyone as a great affordable option.

Worth way more than the price.
I am absolutely amazed at the quality of this knife. I have expensive knives and I bought 2 of these as college gifts. They hold an edge, the balance is perfect and they clean easily. The handle is solid with a nice weight and it looks beautifully crafted. I love the rippled look on the blade. Just keep it out of the dishwasher and away from stone cutting boards and it will last.

Good golly it's sharp!
Received today and promptly unpacked for its first use. First I conducted a very scientific paper slicing test. Sliced through paper like butter. My kitchen audience (many family members) were quite impressed. Bravo. Well done. Then, it was time to wash it as I chatted with my still-present audience. This knife made its way through my knuckle with the kind of ease that one would hope for when slicing meat. Amazing. It made for quite an ordeal. What a cut! Wow. One (paramedic) family member who witnessed it all unfold was happily gifted this knife after being amazed by its power. Meanwhile, I won't be bending my index finger for many days. I'm far too intimidated to own this knife. This is a first for me. God speed, knife people.

Great knife for the money. So far no issues and holds a a decent edge with little sharpening needed between uses…

Very, very sharp so be careful
This is not the exact knife seen on TV. I've had mine for over a month now and use it everyday in my kitchen. This knife is just as sharp now as when it came out of the box. It is the best chef's knife I've ever owned and I've been cooking for about fifty years now. I can't say enough about this beautiful tool.

Great knife
UPDATE!!! I have had this knife now for three years. It’s still razor shape! I love this knife! Would highly recommend. I was using it today and thought back to when I got it and say I need to update my review! 11/18/24 Amazing knife cuts through brisket like butter. I was able to trim a brisket with ease .

Very poor craftsmanship
For a 28 dollar knife, I was not expecting much, but there were two things that don't work and caused me to return it, one is barely a pass, the other completely unacceptable for a knife at any price point, you get what you pay for knives included. The first very obvious issue is that the "hammering" is not as well done in the knife I received. That detail is obviously achieved with machine stamping rather than hammering, and the stamping was not complete. This was an important part of why I chose to buy this so I could slice certain things and not have them stick to the blade. There may have been enough to accomplish my intentions, but The part that is completely unacceptable and caused me to return it is that the wood is not flush with the metal in the handle. At every single edge the metal sticks out enough from the "wood" that it digs into your skin. It's not enough to injure you, but it's enough you won't touch this knife because it's so uncomfortable to hold in your hands.
