Blue tea is very interesting, l love it, l made tea of it with a bit of honey, of which it can be drink without honey taste good, l love the colour element, l drink it like a billonia, l even chewed the flowers, l love it,, but the instruction on how to make it to me was complicated 2g in 150ml,, just say rinse it before use if needed, except it is a medicine, l strongly recommend it,, try it very lovely,, really good,, thanks amazon..

I was looking for an alternative herbal tea and ended up falling in love with this stuff, it's definitely helped my skin glow and it seems to work in conjunction with the other herbal tea I use quite nicely as it does feel calming and helps me wind down for bed. Whilst the taste isn't all there I usually add a teaspoon of honey to liven things up a bit. I would also recommend getting a metal tea strainer so you don't have to faf about getting all the leaves out of your pot or cup.
