Good product. A normal-sized plate will not enter straight. A medium-sized plate will go easily. Performance ok. Sounds a bit high in comparison with another brand. Overall, it is worth buying at this price range... bought it on a deal.

I had purchased Microwave on 2nd May this year. and suddenly uesterday, It stopped working. There is no fuse or burn; and it is off. Very disappointing. I hope there customer service can repair or replace it.

Damaged product and poor service
We bought it in 2024, and it hasn't worked at all since then. We've tried contacting the service center multiple times, but no one answers our calls. The product quality is poor, and the customer service is equally disappointing.
