Superior quality which allows me to get my calcium and digest it easily.
I really love these vitamins. I am unable to digest pills/vitamins in pill form and it's very important that I be able to obtain them in capsule form. This was delivered on time, was well packaged and from a quality perspective, it helps me sleep better.

Works awesome for nursing moms who's supply drops during cycle
I bought this while pumping/nursing. My period came back with a vengeance 3 months postpartum. My supply dropped from 24oz to less than 18oz. I was so frustrated because not only did I not want my cycle back yet it was ruining my pumping/nursing journey that I had worked so hard to establish. I read into it and found it was useful to take magnesium/calcium supplement. I tried taking both magnesium pills and calcium separately. It sort of worked but my baby became very irritated and fussy. So I searched for a correct ratio for breastfeeding on Amazon and stumbled upon this. And jackpot! I'm only taking half the recommended amount 2 pills during my middle of the night pumping session and do far I got more than I bargained for. My supply slightly increased and my periods are very light if they show up at all. Although the taste isn't great I'll take it. Truly a great product for this matter.
