This product really works

In March I started with Brown Black. Both box and bottle were labeled Brown Black. But wasn’t crazy about the color because it turned my roots brassy red. Then in June I decided to go with Black. Box was labeled Black, and bottle was labeled Natural Black. Liked it because the result was black roots/not brassy red. I then decided in September to try the Black Teal. The box was labeled Black Teal, but the bottle was labeled Natural black. I thought this was a mistake, so I returned it. The replacement box was, again, labeled Black Teal but the bottle was labeled Natural Black. I gave up and decided to keep it since I was fine with the June purchase of Natural black. (I was just experimenting at the time.) Well, the result of the new bottle of Natural Black turned out to be the brassy red. Apparently, these bottles are not being correctly labeled. It looks like someone is just applying stickers on the bottles randomly. I am so disappointed because I like the product. I am not reordering because I cannot trust that the bottles are correctly labeled and am not wasting my time returning.

It is as good and perfect for gray as the ad. I love this product and highly recommend it. It is easy to use and effective for covering grey. It leaves hair smooth and dense.
