Update 5/12/25, I am on my second bottle and am still happy with the results, the big two improvements for me where the relief on my period symptoms (see below) and energy levels. I am personally very satisfied and will continue to take them. I hope this helps someone... I have been taking these pills for 3 weeks, and here is how they have helped me. 1. I do use the bathroom more often (#2) 2. I actually have the drive to get up and leave the house after getting home from work, the couch doesn't own me as much anymore. 3. My period cramps aren't as bad, nearly gone really. 4. I am a heavy bleeder for the first couple days, I have noticed that the bleeding is not as heavy. I usually need to wear a mattress type pad because of the clots and amount of blood. There's huge difference. 5. I don't really get many hot flashes so I cannot speak on that. 6. I don't notice any extra weight loss, but I do work out consistently 3 days a week so there's that. 7. Mood, still the same. I hope this helps someone.....

These seem to be exactly what they say they are. They do have a pungent odor, but that's the Selenium. If anything, it's another sign that you have a quality product. The ingredients are great. I'm happy to have a natural supplement instead of a medication. I have not noticed any taste when taking these. They seem effective enough. They're a bit expensive though.

I have mixed reviews for this product. I was hoping for hormone/mood/emotion balance with weight loss, however I got immediate weight gain within a week- 5lbs, and I felt very flat emotionally. Also, I had daily tension headaches. A positive effect was that it did take away the constant itchy skin that I was having, and I was glad about it, however the weight gain and daily headaches was too much for me to continue the product. Also, taking 3 pills daily with a bottle supplying only 24 days is too expensive. One bottle is $70. For all these reasons I will not be taking Happy Mammoth supplements.

I wanted to wait until I was on this for a while before I left a review. I just received my 5th bottle today and thought it was time. I initially bought this because I was served an ad on IG with a woman who said she worked out at the gym and couldn't get rid of her cellulite until she tried this. lol I did a lot of research and even contacted the company on IG to get a product rec (between this and the Hormone Harmony product). Because of my age and the fact that I wasn't in menopause yet, they rec this (the rep told me if you are in menopause you will be lacking in estrogen so you do not want to use this as it flushes out excess estrogens). For context i'm 46, I do not have any medical conditions and am not taking any medications (besides a multivitamin). I work out at the gym 3-5x a week (weights and cardio). I have several food sensitivities (gluten and dairy) and eat pretty decently but sometimes notice i'm just inflamed all over. Good things i've noticed: -I am normally a terribly light sleeper, i've struggled with insomnia for years. I am definitely sleeping better and fall asleep more quickly. -In the second month I noticed my period flow was reduced quite a bit (on my heaviest day especially my flow is cut in half). I also have no bloating, no breast tenderness, and my cramps (only on day 1) are barely noticeable. -I still don't go daily but my bowel movements are much more frequent (4-5x a week, and sometimes within a half hour of taking the pills). -I am a "need something sweet" after every meal person and my sugar cravings (especially after dinner) are greatly reduced. -My inflammation (especially in my legs and belly) is greatly reduced. Negatives (if you can call them that): -I have to take these with food, otherwise they make me very nauseous. I intermittent fast so I take them at or after lunch. -The pills smell funny and your pee will smell just like it (sometimes it gives an asparagus vibe, if you know what I mean). -No improvement yet in cellulite lol Overall I just feel better, lighter, and the changes are enough for me to continue taking. I feel like the value here (and ability to use subscribe and save) makes ordering them through Amazon worth it.

This supplement really helped me feel more balanced. My energy is better, cravings are way down, and my period was a lot easier to get through. No side effects for me, and the capsules are easy to take. It’s a bit pricey, but honestly worth it for how much better I feel.

I am in post menopause and asked if this product would help with all the crazy that comes with menopause. I really wanted this product to work for me. First I want to say the taste and smell are not the best but because I had faith in this product, I tolerated it. By the 2nd day I woke up with such a bad headache, nausea and vomiting. I looked up these side effects side effects and read these could be side effects. So I decided to start slow. One tablet for a few days and move up to 2 tablets a few days later. 2 tablets felt a headache but no nausea. Once I started 3 tablets, again I woke up with a headache, and dry mouth. Unfortunately I can’t take this product. I really wanted this to work.

As soon as I opened the bottle I could smell a bad smell. The pills taste like they smell. We’ll see if they actually work, but I won’t buy these again. Too expensive and you have to take 3 pills a day! Update: I received a refund. Continued taking the pills and they are working. The problem is they are so expensive and it’s not even a full months supply and I just can’t afford them. Currently looking for something similar.

I wanted to try this because of all of the things it says it does for you. It was a little expensive but the reviews seem like it will be worth the money. The ingredients is good quality. And I think it's going to be very effective!
