I specifically ordered this because I saw it installed at the store and it was a breeze for the salesman. Not so for me. The stroke down the phone did not have the effect for me that the instructions indicated would occur and they did not offer a support line for assistance. In fact, I couldn’t locate the company online easily. I spent the better of several hours to do the installation and still have an edge that is not completely adhered. I don’t recommend this product.

First one lasted about four months then chipped on edge then cracked across screen.Replaced with another one and lasted 8 days!!Chipped and cracked across bottom. Lived with that for awhile then cracked again on other side.Had PrueGear protecters with my other phones and has no problems with them. Something has changed with them.

Bought this much more expensive glass for my new phone and it’s impossible to work all the bubbles out. Save yourself the money and buy the cheap ones. They aren’t worse.

Such a genuinely terrible product. Side chips and surface scratches in under a month of normal use. No falls, no harsh material scratching, just in a standard jean pocket. The first side chip appeared after simply sleeping with my phone in my pocket.Do not buy this product. They make their money almost exclusively through cellular providers in-store (marked up a ridiculous amount of course). You will be better off with a cheaper alternative.

After two days it chipped, and on the third day it cracked. The company would not offer refund making this an expensive mistake.

1st drop from 2ft off the sofa arm, and now has a horizontal crack across the whole “protector”. Will NOT buy this product again.

We aren't hard on our phones. BOTH OF US HAVE CRACKS WITHIN A WEEK. Echoing another reviewer, Verizon store marks these up crazy high and they appear to be trash.
