I think this product is a solid product. The finish on both items was good and uniform, and smooth. One thing to note for the prospective buyer: These items are NOT actual Wrought Iron. They seem to be a powder coated Aluminum (Shoes) and possibly Steel (Balusters). I'd say "Wrought Iron" is more of a style description, not a materials descriptions. But regardless - unless you want legitimate Wrought Iron - this product is still strong and sturdy and has solid aesthetics. I went with this product because I did not like the typical, ornate Baluster Shoe. So the Square Shoes dictated the Baluster purchase so I could be certain the finish was identical. Which I'm glad I did since the item is not "actual" Wrought Iron, like other Baluster's I would have bought locally from the "big box" stores.

Arrived on time. Not too hard to cut to size, easy to install.

I got these for use on a custom dog kennel I'm building for our two Labrador Retrievers. These balusters provide a much desired look as they're narrower than the more readily available 3/4" aluminum balusters used for exterior decking. These arrived individually wrapped and in great condition. These are iron so they weigh a lot more than the aluminum alternative and box didn't hold up great but it was good enough that all of the balusters are fine. They're made in China but appear to be finished well and they are straight as can be. I'd definitely buy these again.

Quality, durable product for a more reasonable price than the local big box store. Needed a 11/16 drill since a 5/8 was too tight

Great quality , look good. Only thing was the price. Shop around the net you can get them way cheaper.

Bought these for the stairs. They look great and was super easy to cut to size. Would purchase again if necessary.
