Nice upgrade
Bought this to upgrade my 2012 F150. It was easy to install, be sure to hook up all the connectors so you can use your steering wheel controls. So far, only volume and skip steering wheel controls work. The back up camera wasn't too bad to install, there are videos on how to run the cable and hook it up. It looks great and is a nice upgrade. I did install the gps, but I don't use it. The microphone on the screen works well enough and you shouldn't need to install the one that comes with it. I do suggest buying a screen protector if you wear polarized sunglasses, if you don't you won't be able to see the screen.

Great product, a couple things to know before buying
This head unit works great and is a major upgrade to my truck. Easy to swap over and fit the truck perfectly. However there are a few things to keep in mind: 1. If you have an F150 with the Sony Premium Sound package, there is an extra step not in the install video. You must splice the AMP wire from the power harness to the AMP wire on the RCA harness. Without this the amp won’t turn on and you get no sound. 2. You may have to adjust the original car EQ to balance the speakers properly. Adjusting this from the “dsp” screen does not work properly. 3. Finally, make sure you have the most up to date version of the software. I had to update it to see the proper screens/options. I had to send a couple emails before I actually got ahold of tech support, but when I did they were responsive, supportive, and even followed up with me to see how things were going when I wasn’t able to email them back for a week. Had a better experience than I expected with video support and clear communication. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a little upgrade to their F150, especially if the stock radio/APIM died on my like so many often do. The dealership quotes around $1,000 to fix a stock radio/APIM issue and this is only $130! Plus a major functionality upgrade! My only feedback, is to provide more complete install instructions for F150s with Sony premium sound.

Periodically it doesn't power up. 1 year later, doesn't work at all.
It's a nice replacement for original truck radio. Only complaint, periodically it won't power up when I start the truck. Eventually it will power up again, usually later that day or the next day. Update: This was never resolved. Starts up initially and after driving for awhile all is well until I stop and turn off ignition. Next time I turn on key it's a 50-50 chance it will power up. If it doesn't then it won't power up again until after the ignition has been turned off for some time. Rather frustrating. One year later and it won't power up at all.

Fits 2011 F150 XLT
Fits and works. Truck hadn't had a radio for like 6 years and after installing this it lives again! There are cons though. No directions but if it fits it sits, took a bit to figure out but I got it done. There was a bracket. Had no idea where it went so I just left it out. New one snaps into place pretty easily and seems pretty well locked in.

Device looks nice and seems to have all functions that are advertised buuuut, it doesn't turn off at all, even when you turn it off manually it goes into some kind of sleep mode and as soon as you touch power button it's back on. Seller was trying to help but I already found the way to make it work, it just needs red wire from main harness to be removed and connected to different power supply

The cutouts are precise and fit perfectly. The screen itself is good: it's clear and sharp and felt decently responsive. The wireless carplay worked perfectly and was stable and the steering wheel was able to control the music perfectly.

UPDATE: seller failed to reply after three emails and attempts on their support website.. BEWARE if purchasing this unit. Reducing to 1 star. Installation was fairly quick. .about 15 mins to remove the old unit and 15-20 mins to install the new one.. The most time consuming part are the top 7mm bolts to remove the little tray under the stock display. GPS installed in seconds and looks good once the cable is pulled tight to remove all the slack. Unfortunately this was the best part of it... The good: - The main unit fits into the dash well. it matches the angles and curves of the trim very nicely. - Interface is fairly quick to scroll, lots of options for themes. Seems to be well thought out. - Wiring harness and connectors fit tight, and easy to see which plug goes where. - Really good customizing options to make it "yours" (even though mine was someone else's first) The bad: - No camera was included... missing parts. Images clearly show and describe a camera included. - VERY slow charging.. why these don't support fast charging?? - I bought what I thought was a brand new unit... but I was shipped a used unit with somebody else's Bluetooth and Wi-Fi networks still saved, with access to their google account .. really???, REALLY??? of course I reset to factory.. (your welcome Chad...) - the fit for the traction control/hazard/passenger airbag is off. The switches don't really lock in place at all.. easy to pull out if you put a finger in the corner. - Google Maps crashes constantly.. after about 15 mins it seemed to stabilize, but closed itself at least 10 times after starting it for the first time. Will monitor and update here if it changes. - WiFi connection constantly shuts itself off, even with the automatic reconnect option enabled, signal strength is very good where I was parked. - Android Auto won't work reliably over Bluetooth, but USB/hardwired seems to be OK. - Fit for the traction control/hazards/airbag indicator doesn't quite fit.. it looks fine, but won't lock into place. - Contacts and call history don't seem to work right.. after syncing contacts, the call history is not updated with the names. - Contact and call history don't appear to sync automatically, I found I had to manually sync it.. but maybe I didn't wait long enough... My biggest WTF is getting a used unit that obviously had somebody else's info on it, and missing parts. I'm seriously contemplating sending it back and spending some extra money to get something I know will be new, but maybe the seller will contact me first... I will email their support as well.

Product is very nice and work as it should. Unbettable for the price. Had an issue and contact support by e-mail and they gave me the fix right away. Couldn't be better.
