I purchased BetterYou Magnesium Mineral Water with high expectations, hoping for a healthier alternative to other drinks in this category. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The flavour was unusual, like tea with a strong hint of mint, and the fact it wasn't carbonated made it less appealing. Furthermore, I didn't notice any significant effect on my focus, which felt when used comparable products. While I appreciate that it is a healthier choice, I will be reluctant to purchase it again due to the taste and lack of noticeable benefits.

There is nothing wrong with the drink. I suffer with high blood pressure and it was only after I had half of one that I realised it is not a good mix as it raised my blood pressure. It may not be the same for everyone. I am talking about my own experience. At the end of the day I should have researched better. I gave rest of the pack to my sister as she does a lot of exercises and does not suffer from high blood pressure.

This item is very misleading, it has sodium chloride which is table salt not exacrly good for the body, why not use celtic salt instead.
