There is a diagram and easy instructions on how to try it out for proper neck alignment and assist you in deciding whether you want to fill it with more or less. I've been looking for a pillow that supported my head and neck and I finally found one. This is like sleeping with your head on a cloud. I split the extra filling between the two pillows and it's even better. I will be buying more for my other bedrooms.

I've only had these for less than a week, but so far it is providing better sleep and no neck aches. Pillow doesn't stay cool, but it doesn't overheat and is comfortable to stay in 1 position without tossing all night. I researched pillows looked over reviews to comparing before purchasing these. The pillow works so well I didn't even know my husband was in the bed with me yesterday morning because he hadn't moved or shifted all night. He usually wakes early, but has been getting longer and better rest . 4 stars for now to see if it last longer, but so far no complaints. I haven't even used the extra fluff yet.

I have been on a bit of a pillow spree lately trying out different pillows. I tried the regular coop which would flatten too much where my head would lay after a while. I then tried the Eden which I was perfectly happy with for a while as it is more soft than the original, yet more supportive at the same time; however, for some reason that pillow sleeps pretty hot. I decided to try out these Essence Cooling pillows with lower expectations, but from day 1, I found the comfort of these pillows to be exactly what I was looking for. They are light weight, fluffy and soft yet still supportive, and they do not sleep hot like the Eden. I prefer more flat pillows so I was able to take out a bunch of filling and have a lot leftover from both pillows. They definitely came overstuffed in my opinion, but I like having extra filling to make an extra pillow. I bought a king size coop crescent pillowcase and was able to make another pillow with it. I really like the cooling cover on the Essence pillows though and I wish they could make a crescent pillowcase with the same cover. I also tried out the regular non cooling Essence pillows and found that they were significantly more soft than the cooling version, but they were also less supportive and caused your head to sink too much. With how soft they were, I didn’t have to take out any extra filling and it did seem almost under stuffed at first but fluffed up the next day. I ended up returning the noncooling Essence, and just kept the cooling version because I prefer the type of fill it came with and the cover more. Also just felt you get more bang for your buck with the amount of extra filling I had after adjusting the pillows. With the noncooling version, I would not have enough fill leftover for another pillow since it is so soft that you need more filling to compensate. After trying out the different versions of the coop pillows, it made me realize that I prefer the fiber fill as opposed to the pieces of memory foam. I realized memory foam traps a lot more heat and tend to be heavier, while I enjoy lighter pillows that stay much more cool. I recommend the essence cooling pillow!

Love the pillows, but they definitely needed more fill to be comfortable for us. I emailed customer service and they responded quickly and sent us 4 more half pound bags of fill at no additional charge. They’re the most comfortable pillows we’ve ever had. I do think they should ship them with more extra fill though I can’t imagine many people being satisfied with the amount that is sent with the pillows. It’s better to send too much vs too little because you can always remove some and store it away in case you need it later. Overall we’re very happy. Awesome pillows and great customer service.

A freind of mine had this pillow while I was sleeping at her house. Although I bought a different model same brand it is SO COMFY. My room tends to get really hot but I LOVE a cold pillow. I expected that this pillow would just stay room temperature but this is ALWAYS COLD and it feels AMAZING especially if you are super hot: It is definitely worth the money and cant be thick or thin because of the extra fluffing. It is honestly the right size especially if you are sleeping with them side by side. If you stack then it gives more support and honestly I sleep amazing with these.

I honestly never write any reviews.. and seeing how this has 500-600ish reviews.. i figured if there is anyone struggling to find a pillow.. not that cheap overly-soft $40 bargain-bin kind... or that overly-expensive, memory-foam, help me im sweating all night because im laying on a latex brick that costs $200 per pillow.. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR THE PILLOW.. these ones. Hands down. Soft, airy, FIRM, adjustable, BIG and most importantly .. COOL & FRESH. Bruh. These are hotel-heaven at home. Bought these for everyone. Recommend these to everyone. Fantastic product!

Great customer service.. But these pillows are for someone who like a flatter pillow 😁 Very disappointed with these.. they are not firm at all. I added all the extra fluff into one pillow and seems better. I am left with one very flat pillow now as they only sent one extra bag of fluff. Would of been a better buy if two extra bags were sent. I will not buy again 😪 was very excited for them..

These pillows are quite nice, I gave them 4 stars only because it seems I have an allergy to Down otherwise they were quite comfortable. They are a square style which helps to support the neck. Unfortunate they did not work out for me
