Great product

Lovely looking sink but I've had mine 9 months now and the seals in the piano keys are failing and the whole unit is now leaking. As the plumbing is all connected and the water goes through the whole unit, it's almost impossible to fix.

Previously I have ordered same one from another seller after all installation and piping I find that there was some leak on the system thanks god I find this part and ordered better quality and very easy to fit Looking very beautiful and smart

What a fabulous sink, super stylish, love the fact the panel has a blue led light strip that comes on when you turn the tap on, no electric required. It is easy to install if you have some knowledge of plumbing, the instructions are easy to follow. Also love the plug feature on it, you simply dial the knob on the control panel and it shuts off the drain, no need to put your hands in the water. To empty simply turn the knob the other way and it drains. It comes with two inserts one is a drainer that sits on the lip inside the sink. Very useful for washing up those odd items that don't go in the dishwasher. Not so good if you dont have a dishwasher as the sink does not come with a conventional draining board. The other insert is a small bowl for washing up a few items if you don't want to fill the sink, however, I found that the plug does not seal the hole and so I couldn't fill thd bowl up. So I use it to drain additional items instead. I switched out the black plastic soap dispenser for a silver one but that was just personal preference. For me there were a few negative points. The nozzle on the main tap is plastic and the tube looks plastic to me. The tube is however coated stainless steel. The coating on the temperature dial tap started to flake off, so i just rubbed this off to reveal the silver underneath. The coating on parts of the control panel is starting to scratch off. The tub itself looks like it will withstand the rigours of daily use and it does not scratch so I really like this feature. It has a glass washer which works well. Remember to put a glass on first as the water does come out with quite some force. Overall I love this sink, it looks amazing, has some really cool features, oh it also comes with a small chopping board that fit on the lip in the sink - good feature to have as you can chop your vegetables after washing them under the waterfall spout. I would recommend this sink

Instructions not very clear although thankfully it came virtually reassembled. some parts and components seem flimsy but once it was installed it initially seemed quite impressive. However after a (2 months) very short time we saw a leak developing and the design makes access very awkward. We also notice corrosion / rust. When using cup cleaner the water seeps between sink Base and console then drips to cupboard below. Would recommend applying silicone around perimeter inset enough not to be seen prior to assembling console to base. Managed to get up under and tighten fittings some more which stopped leak but it's now very slightly bending in the cup cleaner area and I've put a thin layer of silicone around it as a precaution. Now if there's anything apart from a ship you'd expect to be rust resistant. Surely a kitchen sink would be one of them!!?

Looks good but after 10 months the faucet broke off completely. Contacted the company and was offered a new faucet for 100.00!!!...!. The whole unit wasn't much more.....ridiculous...don't buy it!!!!!!! My plumber said it was the most difficult unit he ever fitted.
