Better than expected
I've had this frying pan for about a month now and it has become my favorite kitchen item. - It weighs only 2KG, so it's very light and quite easy to use for turning vegetables. In comparison, I have a 10-inch stainless steel pan that weighs about the same, but has a much larger Wok capacity and doesn't rust, stick to the pan, and cook with an unpleasant odor like the one I was using before. - The quality looks and feels great. Unlike other fry pans, which are just made from beaten steel plates and therefore have flat sides, this one has a """"lip"""" on the side of the pan. I don't know how else to describe it or if it has any real merit, but it looks great. Maybe it also makes the wok a little stronger? - The nitrided pre-treated surface is very flat, attractive and durable. My previous experience with carbon steel woks has been limited, and developing and maintaining a seasoning layer has been a challenge. But this wok has held up very well to my regular use, even cooking acidic foods at times. It's obviously not as nonstick as Teflon, but with adequate preheating and enough oil, it holds up well. Even if I accidentally burn food on the frying pan, it's relatively easy to clean/scrape off. - The important thing to me is that it doesn't contain harmful chemicals like perfluorooctane sulfonate (PFAS). They claim to be chemical free. I certainly hope that's the case. - I like the clear glass lid, it fits perfectly. I can often see the food clearly through the clear glass lid while it's cooking, and the lid helps me speed up the cooking time of the dish without spending extra money, which I think is a great deal. - I like the shape of it. It has a flat bottom and high walls compared to some other woks. It's almost a hybrid between a wok and a skillet. Or you could say it's more like a bowl than a plate. I like this shape because (1) it gives me more flat area for tasks like grilling, (2) the food doesn't fall out of the pan as easily when I push it around, and (3) the overall volume is larger so I can cook more food at once. The frying pan has the thermal characteristics I expect from a carbon steel frying pan: heats up quickly, heats evenly, doesn't stick to the pan, won't rust, holds heat well, and is easy to clean, so as long as I follow the instructions to use this pan, I think I can use it for a long time.

Completely non-stick—the best wok I've ever used.
The wok offers a comfortable grip and handles effortlessly. I can hold it firmly, and it performs flawlessly on my induction cooktop. After about a month of use, it still maintains perfect non-stick properties.

Very disappointed product
I’ve been cooking stir fry’s at home for over 20 years, and far from professional but good home Chinese cuisine capable. This is only the 2nd non stick wok I’ve owned but right from the first time it started to stick, so I seasoned it every time I used it and the sticking has got worse and worse. After the 10th time it’s so bad it’s gone in the bin. I’ve never had a Wok stick like this before but as I said ime not a chef but I am a competent cook. I will be replacing it with a steel one, lesson learned.

Great quality and fits the Stoves wok stand
Absolutely fantastic wok. Really good quality and well made. Great surface area for cooking and non stick. Use it most days. Bought it to fit on our stoves cooker wok stand and it’s perfect.

Great pan
Good quality, easy to clean and cook with. Only complaint the lid is a bit bent so the lip collects liquid so need to leave out to dry

Very durable
I'm really impressed with this work! It heats up quickly and evenly. Its natural non-stick properties were a pleasant surprise—as long as you season and preheat it properly, food never sticks. The craftsmanship is solid and authentic, and it performs superbly on my stove. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to experience authentic Chinese cooking at home!

No coating
I live in a family of 5 so we have to make large meals and often our largest wok would not be big enough to cook the meal for all of us however this one was perfect. The pan is very heavy I do have to use a lot of force to move it about but you can tell how high quality it is and it is the type of pan which will last for a really long time I’m talking many years even decades so it is an investment but it is worth investing in. Its non stick properties are great and it is so easy to remove any excess oil, grease or food. I do prefer to hand wash this just in case it does get scratched or damaged but from time to time i do still throw this in the dishwasher and it has come out fine each time. It is a good pan for many different foods I’m so glad this has no coating. I’m so sick of coating beginning to peel off in my pans. I’m switching all of them to this style. It’s a nice size and feels decent quality. I think it’s good value for money and I’m happy to recommend.

Superb craftsmanship
After careful comparison of quality and price, I ultimately chose this product. Having used it for three months, the cookware remains as pristine as when first purchased. The craftsmanship is truly exceptional, though cooking methods and cleaning techniques still require careful attention.

Wok davvero ben fatto: l’acciaio al carbonio è spesso e solido, si scalda rapidamente e mantiene molto bene il calore. La dimensione da 33 cm è perfetta per cucinare piatti asiatici per tutta la famiglia (noi in 4 mangiamo comodamente). Apprezzo molto il fatto che sia senza rivestimenti chimici, dopo un po’ di utilizzo e una corretta stagionatura diventa naturalmente antiaderente. Il coperchio è pratico e utile per saltare o stufare. Funziona perfettamente su tutti i fornelli, nel mio caso su induzione.

Ho provato questo wok preparando degli spaghetti di soia con verdure e devo dire che sono rimasta molto soddisfatta del risultato. Le verdure sono rimaste croccanti e saporite, grazie al calore uniforme che la padella riesce a sprigionare. La struttura in acciaio al carbonio è molto solida, con uno spessore del fondo di 2 mm, che si riduce ad 1 mm sui lati (probabilmente con l'obiettivo di ridurne il peso). Ciò considerato appare come un prodotto resistente e destinato a durare. Mi piace il fatto che non abbia rivestimenti chimici: la superficie è antiaderente grazie al trattamento con azoto, quindi niente rischio di sostanze tossiche o di rivestimenti che si rovinano col tempo. A fronte della qualità costruttiva rilevo però un peso non proprio contenuto che è di 1,5 kg, per il solo wok, che sale a quasi 2,4 kg compreso il coperchio. Peso in parte giustificato dalla capienza del wok ma che rende sicuramente più difficile alcune operazioni come quella di saltare la pasta. Molto comodo il manico in legno removibile, che rende più facile riporla anche in spazi ridotti. Attenzione invece al secondo manico in acciaio: durante la cottura diventa bollente, quindi conviene usare una presina. Il coperchio è robusto e ben fatto, completa perfettamente il set. Un altro aspetto che ho apprezzato è la presenza delle istruzioni in lingua italiana, molto chiare, che spiegano come pretrattare correttamente il wok prima del primo utilizzo e come pulirlo e mantenerlo al meglio. Inoltre è compatibile con diversi tipi di piani cottura, il che lo rende estremamente versatile e adatto a qualsiasi cucina. Apprezzo anche la capienza: con i suoi 32 cm di diametro e la profondità di quasi 10 cm, permette di cucinare senza problemi per 3-5 persone. È ideale non solo per saltare le verdure o fare noodles, ma anche per friggere o preparare piatti più elaborati. Un prodotto che consiglio a chi ama la cucina asiatica o semplicemente vuole un wok di qualità da usare tutti i giorni.

Compré este wok Jobin para cocinar en casa y la experiencia está siendo muy buena. El tamaño de 33 cm y la capacidad de 5,6 L se notan muchísimo, ideal para cocinar para varias personas o preparar salteados grandes sin que se salga nada. El acero al carbono calienta rápido y de forma uniforme, perfecto para cocina asiática. Una vez bien curado, el efecto antiadherente funciona muy bien sin necesidad de recubrimientos químicos, algo que valoro mucho. La comida no se pega y se limpia con facilidad. El mango es cómodo y resistente, no se calienta en exceso, y la tapa viene genial para ciertos platos. Lo he usado en distintas cocinas y responde muy bien. Es un wok sólido, bien acabado y pensado para durar. Requiere el cuidado típico del acero al carbono (secado y mantenimiento), pero a cambio ofrece un resultado muy profesional. Muy recomendable si te gusta cocinar y buscas un wok de calidad 👌🍜.

Très bon wok en acier au carbone ! Sa grande taille (33 cm / 5,6 L) est parfaite pour cuisiner pour toute la famille ou recevoir des amis (4 à 6 personnes sans problème). Le matériau chauffe rapidement et uniformément, ce qui permet de saisir les aliments . J’apprécie particulièrement l’absence de revêtement chimique : après un bon culottage, le wok devient naturellement antiadhésif et facile à entretenir. Le couvercle est pratique pour laisser mijoter ou cuire ses aliments . Pas trop lourd , ce qui est un plus pour les personnes ayant des problèmes articulaires par exemple. Produit très bien emballé et protégé pour le transport, c’est à souligner . 👉 En résumé : un excellent wok pour ceux qui veulent cuisiner sainement et redécouvrir les saveurs authentiques de la cuisine.
