Fantastic Lodge Quality
Lodge pans are my favourite cast iron cookware, and this is no exception. I bought it to make crêpes on and the results are fantastic. I will keep adding more to my collection.A side note on the rubber handle... DO NOT leave it on the pan when you cook. It is actually not heat resistant as such, more a protective layer. Mine melted on the part closest to the flame, but I do not use it now anyway. Purchase that addition only of you absolutely need one.
