Great product and adheres nicely.

The cuts are slightly off, to where the sheets are not 90 degrees on every corner. Otherwise, it works well. It doesn't reduce dBs by a ton (I used mine on a standard bathroom door in a house), but it definitely dampens some. Probably 4-5 dB

I installed these as soundproofing for my 1972 Triumph Stag convertible hardtop. They were easy to cut and layout. They stick very well. Time will tell how they hold up, but I think they will do just fine. I recommend them.

I've used some of this product under my vehicle to try and help keep the heat from the engine from soaking through the floorboards. My daily driver is a 2003 Chevy Kodiak, and the engine heat is very uncomfortable, especially in the Texas summers! While I won't say this product completely took that heat away, it did help deflect some to keep the temps a little lower. The material is very easy to deal with and it sticks very well to various surfaces. It's nice having the pre-cut squares, allowing you to fit into tighter areas, without feeling like you're having to waste some of the product. I haven't noticed much sound dampening, but my engine is loud anyways having the doghouse inside the cab, and I haven't added any material to the doghouse. That's a future project, so if it makes any difference I'll have to update my review. My Star Rating Scale: 5 stars - Perfect, or as close to perfect as possible and would definitely recommend to anyone. 4 stars - Works well, but could see some minor changes that could make the product better. Would recommend to others. 3 stars - Functional, but areas of concern or major changes that could make the product better. Recommend researching other options. OR, neutral ranking, nothing really special or bad about the product. 2 stars - Barely functional, recommend researching other options. 1 star - Avoid at all costs!
