Q: Will this work with my verizon sim card from my jet pack?

I am currently running the Cudy P5 I have with a Verizon tablet sim and it's working great. been running home computer on it, my roku's and my phone on the Wifi off of the P5 and it cruises along nicely. I get about 50 to 70mbps down, at least 10 up to sometimes over 20 up.

Q: Is this device compatible with us cellular nano sim?

If your carrier requires IMEI registration with the device its possible it won't work. An example is metropcs they require you to provide the IMEI that is used for that specific line.

Q: What 4g lte bands are supported by this specific router?

All. It's 5g that doesn't get utilized.

Q: Does it come with a SIM card?

No. You will need to supply the Sim Card. Accepts, AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile and some others.
