I personally love this thing, but I'm also a female. I ordered the XL and expected a hoodie-- but this is a dress. The hoodie pocket up front is literally at my knees, and the lowest parts of this are almost to my ankles and definitely halfway down my calves. I am NOT complaining, I wear this regularly with just tights underneath. It's really comfortable and soft, and the gold pattern on the front is stylish. I get lots of compliments, and love wearing this with braided hair and gold jewelry. It's got kind of a tribal feel to it, but it's classy all the same and could be business casual for women if you believed in it hard enough and paired it with nice shoes.For men-- I mean, I can't really imagine a man in this, to be honest. He would have to be a tall man, that's for sure. This is definitely a dress for me-- but I'm also 5'3". I would order this again in more colors, and maybe even size down from what the chart says. It's very loose-fitting.

Nice soft material fits nice too. Also it looks good on my wife as a dress. Too bad they had to advertise it as a man outfit. No way does she look like a man. I no longer own a dashiki.

This garment is comfortable but runs large. Yes, I'm a woman but when I read that this isn't really a dashiki I thought I'd order one to wear around the house. I'm 5'8", 113 lbs, 34A+ bust, 27 waist, 35 hip and the Small is hanging off me. The pocket is so low, I can barely reach it without pulling the garment up. While I am quite skinny, I'm the height of the average man. I wear mens' clothing (mainly shirts) all the time and never has a small in any style been so huge on me, so you need to have some meat and/or muscle on your bones to wear this. It's a nice-looking piece, though, and 100% cotton. The gold pattern is eye-catching. The asymmetry is cool and adds interest value—remember, I ordered this after reading it isn't a dashiki, so please forgive my writing about it as if it were a hooded sweatshirt dress.

My husband got this thinking it was an actual dashiki, but it’s really a costume. Definitely costume quality not something to keep you warm. But if you’re looking for a costume for Halloween, this is a good item.

This caught my eye for the black and gold. The material is very good, made from 100% cotton. I can't tell either way, but it is nice.The gold patterns are screen printed, not stitched, but done very well. It's a good cosplay outfit, but it can be worn for outings and the seller gives tips on how to match it with other items, nice thing to do.It feels solid and wears well. One of those one of a kind outfits that will really make you stand out in a crowd.Fits as expected, I got the Medium size Black and Gold. Currently priced at $26.97.

I like this, a lot, especially the hem, and that’s a really welcome surprise😊. I’m not normally a fan of asymmetrical hems, but this one is very nicely done. The kangaroo pocket is a bit low but I probably won’t use it anyway, so I don’t care about that. This shirt is well made, with no obvious flaws. The sleeves are awesome, unrestricting and SO long! I have a hard time finding sleeves long enough for me, unless I shop in big & tall men’s. These come down over my fingers, which is nearly impossible to find! Menopause has been having a FUN time with me, especially when it comes to hot flashes🥵🤦🏻‍♀️ and this shirt is incredibly helpful when it comes to dealing with those moments, when each minute feels like an hour and you feel like the top of your head is just going to come right off because you KNOW it can’t possibly hold that much heat in!! This shirt allows me to at least stay dressed🤣, which my family GREATLY appreciates! I also have hypothyroidism, so when I’m not burning up, I’m freezing to death😱🙄🤷🏻‍♀️. The fabric allows me to ONLY wear this, keeping me warm without layering. I ordered a 2X and I’m thrilled with the way this fits, and the way it looks. My grandchildren all LOVE it and want one of their own💜. The only thing I DON’T like about this is that the design isn’t what is pictured in the advertisement. Now don’t get me wrong! I do like this blue print! But I was expecting something with 2 different colors, one color fading into the other. On my tablet it looks as if it transitions from blue to silver, from the outside in. As you can see from my photos this is ONLY blue. I do recommend this dashiki, for it’s looks, fit, and curb appeal. Just be aware, this is what you’re getting.

My son saw this and thought it was for superheroes, so I got it. It fits well, and it looks really cool. The pattern and colors are fantastic, and the material seems nice. My has taken a strong liking to this and I have to admit, I'm a bit jealous!

This poncho was roomy and comfortable. The material was soft with some stretch and lightweight enough not to overheat you. The metallic printing was bold and popped on against the white of the fabric. Would recommend.

Exactly as advertised, I have no complaint at all. I'm 6'7'' - & 3XL fit me Very Well. I highly recommend this Product.
