The material is soft and its not rubbing, great weights for a great price

Fit for purpose
It’s a struggle to put on if you’re disabled or elderly. But it is helpful to do exercise set by physiotherapist. So if you’re looking for weights these are useful. But build up use slowly.

very small sizing, struggles to fit my ankle. returning them. also impossible to fit to velcro as its on wrong side. when fiited as in video.
