It’s a salon treatment at home. Be careful though, these are my recommendations:1. Apply after shampoo and before your conditioner.2. Don’t put too much, trust me. A little goes a long way.3. Don’t leave it more than 10 minutes. It’s more than enough.4. Rinse well and apply your conditioner.5. If your hair is thin like mine and not too damaged, once a week or even every 2 it’s fine.

I love truss products.This is for very damaged hair. So I use it once every two weeks, using it every week made my hair feel very heavy. Sometimes I use it only on my ends and works wonderfully.

I love the product, but the scent has changed…don’t care for it. Also, the previous version of this product left my hair so shiny; not so with the most recent product I received. What changed with the ingredients? Very disappointed.
