WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE
THE MEAT COULD NOT HAVE BEEN ANY MORE TENDER, JUICE, FLAVORABLE, APPEALING. ARE THERE ANY MORE DELITIBLE WORDS IN THE DICTIONARY THAT COULD POSSIBLE DESCRIBE SUCH A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE EACH ONE OF THESE PIECES OF MEAT WERE IN MY MOUTH? EACH ONE PRESENTED ITSELF IN A DIFFERENT MANNER BECAUSE WE STRICTLY ADHERED TO THE PREP INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED. VALUE FOR THE MONEY - YES - I WILL PURCHASE AGAIN! PACKAGING - YOU WONDER HOW THEY DO IT? ARRIVED AS FRESH AS THE DAY IT WAS CUT AND FROZEN. EACH PIECE WAS INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED SO DEFROSTING THE APPROPRIATE AMOUNT WAS MADE EASIER FOR MEAL PREP. BEAUTIFUL PRESENTATION OF A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE.

So Far So Good
Tastes like a steak SHOULD taste. What has happened to beef these days? Quality is terrible, prices ridiculous. I'm willing to pay, and this farm was willing to ship ... so we got together. Tried a sirloin and also got some tenderloins and so far everything has been excellent. Quick shipping, arrived frozen in New England!

Incredible Quality
Easily the best sirloins I've ever had. Not often can you find sirloins so tender and flavorful. Truly a testiment as to how these animals are raised and how the animal is processed after harvest. If the sirloins are this good I can't wait to try the NY Strips and Ribeyes. The order also came with burgers and seasoning. Salt and pepper is always a great choice, but their Signature seasoning is worth giving a try. Very versitle! Used it in my eggs, and chicken I had for lunch. Lastly, the burgers were delicious. Incredibly juicy and had little to no shrink on the grill. Will definitely recommend buying from Nebraksa Star Beef and will be placing another order to try their other cuts.

Very delicious meat but seasoning is really salty!

Great cuts
Really enjoyed this. Burgers were great as is or with my own seasoning. No complaints on the steaks either.

The steaks were tough....even following their insyructions.Was disappointed.Haven't tried the ground beef yet.Always be skeptical buyins meat online.
