Very good supplement and definitely works. However, I don't like the fact that you can't see how many tablets are left in the dispenser. The dispenser should have a transparent plastic back (or customers should also be able to buy these in blister packs).

I had suspected that I have a problem with histamine. Tried the vegan ones, with no result. As I was still desperate, I tried these and they have really changed my life. I still need to stick to a low histamine diet, but I don't need to be as strict. Which is a relief!! I can now have a sneaky piece of cheese and not blow up like a football afterwards. It's still best not to overdo it though. I finally have a flat stomach for the first time in years.

The dosage per tablet is too small , and therefore one needs to take 2 tablets instead of the one tablet advised. I couldn’t find any information or literature about exactly how many units there are per tablet. So disappointed with the product. I have reordered because the tablets ran out sooner than expected, because the dose has to be doubled.

I suffer from histamine intolerance & if you understand the problem you know that DAO is what you need. But they aren't all equal as supplements. If you believe this is going to treat your allergies or seasonal hay fever this is not what will help you. It's very specific to a lack of DAO in the system & the mechanism between mast cell release & lack of DAO against allergy ige immune response could not be more different. So if you need an antihistamine go elsewhere, this is not for you. Unfortunately for me, I am hyper sensitive & need all the help I can get. I tried this supplement 3 times. At the single dose. Nothing. 2 tabs. Nothing. 3 tabs. Nothing. At 3 tabs a go this was getting ridiculously expensive & it obviously doesn't work for me. That's me, it may well work for you. Now I go to Europe for a super high dose in one capsule that works 100% for me. I say this to encourage you that if you get no result from this cap it doesn't mean another won't so don't give in or give up. Do your research & look around.

Didn't work for me. There are no ingredients on the carton. The quantity of DAO in each tablet is not stated. A low dosage tablet would be no use to me. I read that 20,000 units of DAO is a high amount. I think I need a high amount. Expensive for what it does. Better products elsewhere.

Har testat några veckor och det verkar ge ett visst resultat när jag samtidigt tänker mer på vad jag äter. Om jag envisas med att äta histaminrika livsmedel får jag fortfarande en reaktion men den känns kortare och inte lika kraftigt. Kommer fortsätta använda det i ett par månader till för att bättre kunna utvärdera om det verkligen hjälper.

Ma digestion s'est beaucoup améliorée, je n'ai pratiquement aucune réaction aux repas. Manger me donne une certaine tranquillité d'esprit lorsque je prends l'enzyme qui m'aide à digérer ce que mon corps rejette.

Ich hab vorher mal diese Kapseln von der Konkurrenz Firma genommen für jedes Stück Pizza hätte ich gefühlt eine Pizza nehmen müssen das geht natürlich preislich nicht für ein nirmal verdienenden Menschen. Bei diesem Teilen hab ich immer ein Bogen drum gekauft wegen dem tierischen , muss aber sagen dass ich es bei der Rabattaktion getestet habe und es viel viel besser wirkt und ich mich ärgere jahrelang das von der Konkurrenz genommen zu haben. Also für eine Pizza würd ich etwa zwei Tabletten nehmen und ich es meist drei Viertel von so einer D.Oetker Pizza und das funktioniert halt gut.

Me he decidido probar esta marca después de tomar durante mucho tiempo las Naturdao y ha sido una grata sorpresa. Funcionan! La presentación es única en el mercado, parecida a un dispensador de sacarina, muy cómodo de llevar encima. El envase es muy ligero, la caja no me llegó precintada, por lo que pensé que faltaban pastillas porque estas apenas ocupan espacio, pero no! Vacié el contenido y las conté, estaban las 60, luego las devolví al envase una a una. Me resultan más efectivas que las antiguas pastillas que tomaba, eso junto a su presentación con el dispensador hace de estas pastillas mis favoritas. Además es importante que se tomen por lo menos 20 minutos antes de las comidas, ya que entonces tiene tiempo de llegar al duodeno, de hecho su efecto dura entre 4 y 5 horas, con lo cual si no puedes tomarla 20 minutos antes también puedes hacerlo 1/2 hora o una hora antes. Notarás su eficacia 100x100 a los 15 días de empezar a tomarlas, aunque ya desde la primera pastilla notas que estás mejor. No me decanté por las Migrasin porque tiene cafeína, soy muy sensible y me costaría más dormir por la noche. El precio en Amazon es elevado, más barato que en las farmacias de mi pueblo, pero mucho más caro que en muchas farmacias online muy conocidas que ronda los 22€. Como son unas pastillas de compra recurrente y bastante necesarias, yo propondría al vendedor bajar mucho más su margen a modo de descuento por la compra de varias cajas de Daofood. Si otras farmacias o herbolarios online tienen unos precios tan competitivos, estoy segura de que con un poco de voluntad se podría cambiar este aspecto!
