I just started these Bioimmune Berbine Supplements and I must say I have already given them 4 stars due to the way they have helped my digestive track and going to the restroom just in these couple of days. No negative side effects. This is my 3rd brand of berberine I've tried and I can say the quality is great. You can't beat the price of this brand honestly because anything under $10 is a blessing. The packaging is super simple which is great. Eating cleaner and taking supplements that don't break my budget has been the way to go. With 3 tablets a day, its a month worth. I find that such a good value when budgeting wellness into my life. Remember to drink your water.

I've been taking "15x Potency Berberine/ Ceylon Cinnamon" since 11/15/25. I'm excited to say that the late night sugar cravings that I typically suffer with have subsided. I've also had lots of energy. I visited my 3 grandchildren and we enjoyed the park and the jumping on their trampoline. As a result, I've lost almost 2lbs in 3 days! I take the easy to swallow capsules with plenty of water.
