Globes are Fragile
There was dust on the globes. We just clean wipes to clean the globes. The Globe broke with just a gentle cleaning. The return window is closed and the product support is not available. Now I have an expensive island piece with a broken globe.

The chandelier looks stunning and adds extra elegance to our dining room. We encountered some issues with the chandelier within a few months, but the team immediately reached out and provided troubleshooting instructions. When troubleshooting failed, they promptly sent us a replacement. We are extremely pleased with their quick response and willingness to go above and beyond to resolve my issue.

My husband assembled with a little help. Took less than an hour. Easy directions to follow. All pieces were included. I love the dimming/brightening feature on the remote.

Read before purchase!
We are surprised that this product is still being sold. We bought not one, but TWO of these thru Amazon. Our licensed master electrician could not get the first fixture to work without intermittent flickering. Finally after a few weeks the first one failed. The driver in the electrical circuit melted. Because we loved the look and there were other good reviews we bought another one. It was wired differently from the first fixture, and it failed immediately. I’m interested as to whether this review will be published. Amazon did refund our money when we sent it back.
