Tianhe, Zhuanggu Gao, Pain Relieving Plaster, 10 Plasters

I have been using this specific patch for almost two years. I use it on my spine, sciatic area, on my legs when the nerve is hurting and on my knees when they hurt. I leave them on until they fall off, usually about three days. Sometimes my skin gets irritated, but if I leave them off, from that spot, a few days I'm good to go again. I have tried other patches, including prescriptions, but they work for me. I give these away to anyone I meet that has a muscle or nerve pain. Out of the dozens I've given away I only know of one person who said it did nothing for them. Highly recommend this patch. It is easy to put on, flexible and the color similar to flesh. It has a light scent that does not linger.

Interesting product..I generally use Golden Sunshine Herbal Patches for off and on chronic pain. Gave these a try. Pretty effective for the price. Smell like a Chinese herbal shop..which is good..and they have ventilated holes so your skin can breathe. I would try them again for milder pain relief.

I wouldn’t recommend if you have sensitive skin, these are pretty powerful great for temporary relief

This is the best in the market. Believe me, I've tried many popular advertised brand names and they do not work as well as this. For me, it is effective in eliminating the aches and pain for twice as long as advertised. It does smell like Chinese medicine when you first put it on. But it is worth it.
