Has been a good therapy ball and holds air well.

It's the perfect lumbar support. You do need to blow it up yourself, but that gives the ability to make it as soft or as firm as you want it.

Easy to blow up, very difficult to push the stopper in otherwise I am happy with my purchase. I just wish I was more flexible and hope that will come in time.

The product quality is very good and the price is right.

The Trideer Pilates Ball was easy to inflate, just what I needed to do the hip and leg stretch exercises that my Physical Therapist has recommended. So far the ball stays inflated though the many exercises that I have done. Thank you
