I was worried these would taste like mushrooms but they don't at all. They have a strong blackberry flavor which turns into kind of a raisin flavor at the end. The gummies weren't all gelled/stuck together when they arrived. They were nice and fresh and maintained their individual shapes. They have the consistency of a firm fruit snack, but not so chewy that it hurts the teeth. I can't really talk on the health benefits since that varies from person to person, but I like these. I think for how many types of mushrooms this contains at this price point it's reasonable.
