I love this product. I have had to have it replaced every two years. The product just stops working. The customer service takes care of it under warranty if that happens to you.

When I first got this frother, it worked GREAT. I loved it. Then I had to replace the batteries. I replaced fresh batteries that I checked with a battery checker - to make sure that they were good before I put in - but even with these fresh batteries this device didn’t seem to work or have the strength that it did before. I’m very disappointed. I reached out to customer service because over a month ago because they seemed to have really good customer service track record of helping from other reviews here. But I have yet to receive a response from them. Meanwhile, I have stopped using this frother to mix my protein powder into coconut milk because it struggles too much to do the job.

I bought one of these about a year ago. About 2 weeks ago I dropped it in a sink of water and it sat there and wouldn't work anymore. When it worked I would hit the power button and it would go on and when I released it it would stop. My new one keeps going even after I release my finger. Often now there this coffee spilling onto the counter. UPDATE: I requested that I send my frother back and would like a new one. Within a few days I received a new one that works fine. I sent back the one that didn't work properly with no cost to me.

This always quits working. I’m not going to buy it again. Looking for another manufacturer.

The only thing I am not a fan of is that there is no "on" button. You have to press the top to make it work and the moment you take the pressure off the top button it stops. It makes it awkward as it forces your hand into an uncomfortable position when using it. The rest of the product is excellent though. I'm happy with the purchase.
