Tasty! Maybe a little expensive, but can't find pork broth/stock these days so this is a next best option!

Spice level is appropriate for tonkotsu broth, which is not very. You usually have to add red powder or some other spice to it.

Add so much flavor to the noddles, really good product.

This wasn't my favorite flavor of tonkotsu. The packaging was nice and simple, appearing as a quality ramen base. I used it as any other base packet but there was something I just didnt enjoy. It was easy to use and the value was top notch, each packet was big enough for my meal, and it wasn't salty at all. Maybe im picky about my flavors, but it just wasn't my favorite out there. 3 stars because it upset my tummy, which i usually dont have that issue with most ramen base. I dont know if ill try this again because of that fact.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I've been looking for a good Tonkotsu soup base for my ramen, and haven't had much luck in the past. These are little packages of liquid base that you add to your water (just like the ones that come in packages with the ramen), but tastes 1,000 times better. It rivals the Tonkotsu ramen in our local Ramen shops, you just have to add the toppings. And I don't have to worry about the flavor, I can just buy the noodles (or any ramen packs), and toss the soup packs, replacing with this one. It has that "cooked for 12 hours" mouthfeel of the good ramen shop ramen bowls. I'm buying more during Prime Days!
