how long will they survive in transit?

Hi, we use FedEx to deliver our produce on a next day delivery service. They are packed with food grade frozen gel packs to keep the temperature down. The only exception to this is the highlands, channel Islands etc where we may have to use Royal Mail but we would discuss this with you before confirming the order
