Well, this pillow is great. I had been experiencing a lot of neck and back pain, relying on muscle relaxers and pain meds for relief. I had cataract surgery not long ago (hang in there with me, it does relate!) and after my head and neck had been cradled in the padded cup for the procedure I realized that my neck pain was gone. It soon returned, so I began looking online and reading reviews. I found this pillow, read the reviews, and ordered it. I knew returns would be easy, but oh my! This pillow cradled my neck and head just like the brace in the surgery center! For me the result was immediate. My neck and head were kept supported with a softness and gentleness that I had not experienced from a pillow before! Needless to say, I did not make a return! There are removable cushions inside to adjust the height, but for me it is perfect just as it is. The pillow is cool, comfortable and works for me whether I am sleeping on my back or my side. The bottom edge meets my shoulders and gives me a comfort that I had not experienced before. So, my experience with this great product started in a surgery center and has changed my life almost as much as the cataract surgery did! Buy it, give it a chance. For me it is a clear option! Ill never change pillows again.

My husband can't express how much he loves his Contoured Support Pillow! It provides excellent support for his neck and shoulders, helping to alleviate any stiffness or discomfort. The ergonomic shape conforms perfectly to the natural curves of his body. The memory foam is fantastic. It strikes the right balance between softness and support. My husband said he used to wake up with a stiff neck when using a regular pillow and now he wakes up feeling refreshed. Even though this is a pretty expensive pillow, it's a small price to pay for the comfort and support this pillow has provided my husband. He is so pleased and happy with his new pillow. Highly recommended.

I developed a disease that has caused me to be bedridden most of the time and made me turn from a side sleeper to a back sleeper. My old pillow that looked similar to this one is completely worn out because of heavy use. I couldn’t find the exact pillow so I ordered this one instead. I love it! It fits me perfectly and my cervical spine feels cradled and supported. In the morning I feel so well rested and during the day I am so comfortable reading and watching movies. I really like that this pillow has shoulder support too, that really helps with my illness and it keeps them snug too. My old pillow didn’t have shoulder support so I am really loving the design of this pillow. It is the best pillow I’ve ever had and I feel like it will last a long time. I will update my review when it is worn out as I’m in a unique situation that lets me evaluate this pillow with heavy usage. Some reviews mention a smell but mine doesn’t smell like anything so maybe they didn’t give it 24 hours to take shape and air out? It gets shrink wrapped after production so a smell isn’t something that should be surprising. I waited the 24 hours and I am extremely pleased with my purchase! When this one becomes worn out I will definitely reorder it! I can’t speak to how well it works for a side sleeper but just by looking at it I think it would be great. It’s a 10/10 from me!

This memory foam pillow arrived in a nice little package. Took it out and let it expand and air out. After that, was able to get a great night’s sleep! The shape of the pillow allows your head to fall into the pillow while providing great support for your neck. Can be used in any sleeping position as well. This pillow is a great value and awesome quality.

Feels so nice and cozy for the neck, very comfortable and had a pleasant night of sleep, highly recommended.
