How is this certified organic with a California’s Proposition 65 (carcinogens - substances that can cause cancer) warning label on it?

More than likely it's the packaging, not the coffee. unfortunately the Prop. 65 warning isn't specific to the product your consuming so much as the entire product being sold.

Can i return my order. i ordered them in december of 2021 and the enjoy by date is april 2021. they have expired.

Yes, there is a Way Kristie that he received it expired. I just received mine today May 6, 2023 and it said best used by April 7, so it’s already been expired for a month. I use the virtual assistant, and they refunded my money and told me to keep the coffee and donate to charity if I wish.

How oily are these beans? we use a de’longhi dinamica.

Sometimes...I don’t think they were ever as oily as the Kick Ass dark roast though. Half the time they are relatively dry and the other half they had that oily sheen to them.
