I take this whenever I’m traveling and/or drinking too much. It really helps with water retention, anti-nausea and staying regular without going as extreme as a laxative. I usually start with one pill instead of the full two pill dosage. This deserves a higher rating. Try it. You won’t regret it.

I love these
Started these after bariatric surgery and they help so much with bloating and digestion. They're easy to take and have zero weird side effects. No taste really although they smell a bit like cloves. And you cant beat good value for a good price.

Not as good as gas x but I guess they work, it’s hard to tell because I go back and fourth between the two and I like the peppermint flavor gas x has.
